Peng Sheng Ching – Group Chairman

Mr Peng Sheng Ching, aged 74, possesses vast experience in various business interests in Malaysia, Taiwan and China. In 1964, he ventured into production businesses encompassing products such as wood chips and bio-chemical fertilizers. He was instrumental in the setting-up of the Group’s bio-chemical fertilizer production plant in Pasir Gudang in 1999, which utilizes EM cultures along with recycled agriculture waste products.
Dato' Tony Peng – Chief Executive Officer

Dato' Peng Shih Hao, aged 35, has over 10 years experience in agriculture-related business, during which he spent substantial time undertaking R&D in the area of agricultural biotechnology. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Graceland, Ohio, USA, and an MBA degree from the University of Honolulu, Hawaii, USA.
Lim Tau Boon – Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Lim Tau Boon has serviced as Chief Operating Officer since August 2008. Prior to joining ACI, Mr. Lim has more than 10 years of management experience in a reputable listed company in Singapore and were put in charge of business developments in regional countries especially in China and Vietnam in the trading of Industrial Commodities and Food products.
He holds Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Diploma in Industrial Management
Dr Chee Kheng Hoy – Advisor

Dr Chee Kheng Hoy is a Commonwealth scholar from Singapore, graduated from Auckland New Zealand with Ph.D and D.Sc is a Fellow of Incorporated Society of Planters and had worked in both capacities as a research fellow and advisor in major plantation companies in Malaysia and overseas.
Hj.Hamzah Bin Othman – Director

Mr. Hj.Hamzah Bin Othman, education in Agriculture & Cooperative Management and having attended several courses in management locally & abroad.
Mr. Hj.Hamzah Bin Othman has a very rich experience for 9 years in extension Officer in Department of Agriculture, 8 years as Area Manager in Farmers Organisation Johor and 18 years as Managing Director Agrochemical Subsidiary Johor state farmers organisation.
