OVERVIEW AND HISTORY
All Cosmos Bio-Tech (ACBT) is a Malaysia-based investment holding company established by Taiwanese investors in year 2010. ACBT involved in a wide range of industries, mainly divided into 4 major areas, including agriculture, waste reutilization, health care and pharmaceutical, research and development of microbials.
Under ACBT is All Cosmos Industries Sdn Bhd (ACI) a 100% subsidiary. ACI is a leading manufacturer and marketer of Bio-Organic and Bio-Chemical fertilizers. The company’s products help planters to cut down on the dependence of harmful chemicals that are harmful to our ecosystem.
Our products help in propagating healthy, natural plant growth through soil-structured enhancement processes. As the earth’s corporate stakeholders, we are playing an active role in reducing further damage to its valuable waterways. We envision ourselves to contribute positively towards this objective.
ACBT ventured into plantation-related activities provide the natural business development. With our own research and development strength and experience, ACBT envisage forays into new and exciting areas of related activities with sturdy team in emergent effective microorganisms (EM).
ACBT aims to provide its services in the consultation of agricultural know-how and other related matters to our customers. ACBT also successfully researches on the efficacy of its products.
All Cosmos Industries Sdn. Bhd. (ACI) is a 100% subsidiary under ACBT, incorporated in 1999 with a paid-up capital of RM 30 million. ACI focuses on the production and marketing of high grade Bio-Chemical and Bio-Organic fertilizers, and agriculture-related activities.
Since our setup in 1999, there has been increasing demands for our products, initial 250,000 metric tons setup at Johor. To further cater to increasing demands, a second plant with the capacity of 100,000 metric tons initiated in East Malaysia in year 2013. Plans are in pipeline to have more plants build strategically overseas to boost production capacity and to be nearer to key market centre.
For our commitment to provide quality products and services to customers, ACI was awarded the much coveted ISO 9001:2000 Certification in 2003.
As a modern manufacturing concern catering to the needs of the agricultural sector, ACI produces 30 different types of fertilizers for the vibrant Malaysian market as well as for the larger Asia Pacific Region. Currently, the products of the Malaysian plants are exported to Taiwan, Indonesia, Vietnam, China, Cambodia and Philippines. These products are formulated for oil palm, vegetables, fruits, flowers and rice.
The growing stature of ACI reflects our success and customers’ acceptance of our technology, management and products. We will continue to build upon this experience, expertise and in-depth knowledge of our products, industry and the market so that shareholders’ value will continue to be enhanced.

All Cosmos' Board of Directors consists of highly-experienced leaders with diverse technological knowledge and expertise. The mission of All Cosmos' Board of Directors and its management is to promote the long-term value and health of the company in the interests of our shareholders and its stakeholders.
By adopting a strict business charter and operating principles, including the Employees’ Code of Conduct, it reflects the seriousness of the management in reinforcing the company’s operating culture and credibility in the marketplace.
R&D AND TECHNOLOGY
Research and development are lifeline activities of a growing company. R&D are given top priority at All Cosmos. We are one of few companies which has successfully adopted Beneficial Mircoorganisms into the manufacture of Bio-Organic and Bio-Chemical fertilizers.
In fact, All Cosmos is the first company to have applied effective microorganisms’ technology in Malaysia. Apart from its own research efforts, All Cosmos has also collaborated with other organizations such as the Malaysian Oil Palm Board ( MPOB ) and Malaysia Pepper Board (MPB) to produce EM-based fertilizers. After the success of the MPOB F4 product for oil palm, All Cosmos is currently researching and formulating a 4 in 1 fertilizer for the market.
With this in-depth knowledge on effective microorganisms and having considered its potential and application for future development, All Cosmos has set up a RM7 million exclusive research center at its plant in Johor. This research center was set up in collaboration with University Technology Malaysia (UTM) and will spearhead research into other types of effective microorganisms and variants for application into the food and health sectors. Specifically in the pipeline are effective microorganisms that can be employed for green products, food supplements and enzymes.
We believe that effective microorganisms can play an important role in the promotion of green and environmentally-friendly technologies that are being used in many advanced countries. To this end, we will endeavor to work with corporations locally and overseas to provide specialized technologies and formulas that meet their individual needs.
